Gymstar Programs
OUR PHILOSOPHY: Gymstar Gymnastics offers every child the opportunity to feel successful while learning basic basic motor skills to intermediate gymnastic skills, taught through proper progressions recommended by the USA Gymnastics.
TUMBLE BUGS (ages 1 & 2)
A 45 minute class for you and your toddler to experience creative movement, rhythmic activities and basic gymnastic skills together in a relaxed, cheerful environment.
TUMBLE KIDS (ages 3 - 5)
Children have the opportunity to work on basic gymnastics skills through creative and fun gym set-ups. In Addition, rhythmic activities and locomotor skills will be covered in each 45 minute class.DANTASTICS (ages 3 - 5)
A full hour of gymnastics and creative movement. Activities include gymnastics, trampoline and creative movement using parachute and rhythmic activities.
CAMP HARMONY (ages 3 - 5)
This is a two-hour program where children can enhance their physical and creative abilities with gymnastics, creative dance and a fun art & craft project each week.RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS (ages 5 - 12)
Gymnastics skills are aught on all four events and trampoline in a noncompetitive setting, which allows every child to feel successful, gain self-confidence and enhance their physical and emotional growth.DEVELOPMENTAL GYMNASTICS (ages 6 & up)
This program is for the gymnasts who show the desire and ability to perfect basic and intermediate skills. National compulsory routines are taught on all four events and gymnasts are encouraged to compete in our in-house meets.
OPEN GYM
This is a parent supervised activity and is free when you are enrolled in classes. There is a $5.00 fee for the general public. Please visit our Open Gym page for more information.BIRTHDAY PARTIES
An instructor will lead children through one hour of gymnastics, games and creative play on all the Gymstar equipment. There is also a half-hour for cake, gifts and supervised open gym.
